Producer Profile
Louie Ramirez was a Bronx-born vibraphonist, arranger, and producer who created some of the most melodically sophisticated Latin soul and salsa recordings of the 1970s. His vocal album Noche Caliente and his work as arranger for multiple Fania and Tico Records artists made him a central figure in New York Latin music.
