Lloyd Parks is a Jamaican bassist, vocalist, and producer whose rhythmic foundation underpins dozens of classic roots reggae recordings. As part of We the People Band he backed virtually every major Jamaican artist of the 1970s and 1980s. His solo production work produced a series of respected roots and dancehall records.
